Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, service time may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Services and Pricing
Service pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, texture, and service complexity. Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation. Results may vary based on individual hair condition, routine, and history.

Trichology Services Disclaimer

Payment
Payment is due at the completion of services. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards.

Health and Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Tools, equipment, and stations are sanitized between clients in accordance with California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology sanitation guidelines.

Children and Guests
To maintain a calm and professional environment, children and guests should attend only if they have a scheduled appointment or are accompanied by supervision.

Service Adjustment Policy
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and make reasonable adjustments when appropriate.

Liability Notice
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding hair history, chemical services, sensitivities, medications, or conditions that may affect services or scalp treatments.

Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Additional Notice
All services are provided within the scope of cosmetology practice in the State of California.
