All services are provided by appointment only.

For the San Ramon studio, appointments must be booked online through the official Mod Mallak booking system.

No walk-ins are accepted, and appointments are not scheduled by phone.

If you have a question about a service or an existing appointment, you may send a text message with the details.

San Francisco appointments are booked separately and directly through Blake Charles Salon.

Appointment availability may change.

Service times are estimates and may vary depending on hair length, density, condition, consultation needs, or the services being performed.

Please select the service that most closely matches what you need when booking.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or no-show policy displayed during the online booking process applies to your appointment.

Clients are responsible for reviewing those terms before confirming their booking.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrival may require the service to be shortened, adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled if there is not enough time to complete it properly without affecting the next client.

Prices shown online are starting or listed prices for the services described.

Final pricing may vary when appropriate based on the service selected, hair length, density, amount of product required, time required, or additional services agreed upon before or during the appointment.

Any significant change to the expected service or price should be discussed with the client before proceeding.

Hair and scalp consultations are intended to help identify appropriate cosmetic and non-medical hair and scalp care options.

Trichology-related services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions and do not replace evaluation or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.

Clients should not submit sensitive medical records or detailed medical information through website forms or text messages.

Clients should provide accurate information that is relevant to the service, including known sensitivities, allergies, previous chemical services, hair history, or other factors that may affect the service.

When sensitive information is relevant, it should be discussed directly with Mod when appropriate rather than submitted through the website.

Hair and scalp services can produce different results from person to person.

Results may vary depending on hair condition, previous services, home care, texture, density, scalp condition, lifestyle, and other individual factors.

No specific result can be guaranteed.

For services involving hair color, blonding, chemical treatments, or similar procedures, previous chemical history and current hair condition may affect what can safely and realistically be achieved.

A requested result may need to be modified, postponed, or completed over multiple appointments when necessary to protect the condition of the hair.

Scalp and hair wellness services are cosmetic and non-medical.

These services are designed to support scalp cleanliness, comfort, hair quality, conditioning, and general hair and scalp wellness.

They are not medical treatments for hair loss, scalp disease, or any health condition.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the studio.

Please keep valuables with you during your appointment.

Mod Mallak may modify, postpone, or decline a service when the requested service is not appropriate for the condition of the hair or scalp, cannot reasonably be completed within the scheduled appointment, falls outside the professional scope of practice, or cannot be performed safely.

Professional and respectful communication is expected from everyone.

Mod Mallak reserves the right to discontinue or refuse service in situations involving threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe, or seriously inappropriate behavior.
