Privacy Policy

When you reach out or book, we receive only the information you choose to share, such as:

• Your name and contact details (phone number or email address)
• The service you are interested in and any preferences you share
• Appointment details handled through our online booking system
• The content of messages, texts, or notes you send us

This information is used only to respond to you, schedule and prepare for your appointment, and provide the services you request.

Online booking is handled by our third-party scheduling provider, Square Appointments, which operates the booking page linked from this website. Square is a separate business and handles the information you give it under its own privacy policy, not this one.

When you book, you provide your name, contact details, service, and appointment preferences directly to Square. You can read how Square handles that information in its privacy policy at squareup.com/us/en/legal/privacy.

We receive your booking details from the scheduling provider so we can prepare for your appointment and communicate with you about it.

If you contact us by text, we use your phone number and message to respond to your questions and manage appointments. We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing text messages. You may ask us at any time to stop contacting you by text.

We do not sell or share your phone number.

Like most websites, this site may use basic analytics and standard cookies to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed. This information is aggregated and is not used to advertise to you or identify you personally.

You can adjust or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so does not affect your ability to browse this website or contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We do not share your information except with the service providers that help us operate — such as our booking system — or when required by law.

We do not request or maintain medical records, diagnoses, health insurance information, or other sensitive medical records through this website. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through website forms or messages. Trichology-related services are cosmetic and non-medical and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

You may contact us to ask what personal information we have received from you, request corrections, or ask us to delete information we maintain, subject to applicable law and legitimate business or legal requirements. California residents may also have additional privacy rights under California law where those laws apply.
