Clients are responsible for providing accurate information related to their appointment, hair and scalp history, sensitivities, allergies, or other relevant information that may affect the service. Sensitive medical information should be shared directly with Mod when necessary and should not be submitted through website forms or messages.

Prices, service descriptions, availability, and policies may change when necessary. Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or appointment policies presented during booking also apply.

All services are provided within the scope of cosmetology practice in the State of California. Trichology-related services are non-medical and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
